We’re raising much-needed funds for our good mate Mitch Ratchow — close friend of Josh and The Sandwich House — who’s been diagnosed with DSRCT (Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumour). It’s an extremely rare and aggressive cancer that mainly affects young men, with fewer than 500 known cases worldwide. It spreads fast and requires intensive treatment.
Mitch lives on the Sunshine Coast, but all treatment happens at the P.A. Hospital in Brisbane, so the weekly travel adds another layer of strain. We're rallying together to help ease the load and support vital research into this devastating disease.
